🌱 Your Account Grows With You

Every new account starts with a foundation of trust that builds over time. The more you use the platform naturally and responsibly, the more freedom you unlock. Think of it like earning trust in any relationship  it happens gradually, and it's based on how you show up.

We have four account levels:

🆕 New Account You're just getting started. You can send videos right away, with a small daily limit and a short breather between sends. Group sending isn't available yet, but everything else is open to you.

📈 Early Trust: You've been active and we've noticed. Your daily limit grows, you can reach more people, and the wait between sends gets shorter.

✅ Established User: You've built a track record. Group sending is now unlocked, your limits are generous and the platform feels much more open.

🏅 Trusted & Verified: At this level, limits are nearly removed. You've shown us who you are and we're giving you the full experience.

⏳ Between Sends: You might notice a short pause required between sending videos. This isn't a bug  it's a gentle cooldown that keeps things feeling intentional rather than rushed. As your account matures, this cooldown shortens significantly.

📊 Daily Limits. Why They Exist

We limit how many videos can be sent in a single day, especially for newer accounts. This isn't to inconvenience you. It's to make sure every video you send actually gets the attention it deserves and to protect recipients from being overwhelmed. Your limit resets fresh every day, and grows as you level up.

👥 Group Sending

Sending to groups is a powerful feature, and we want to make sure it's used by people who've shown they use the platform with good intentions. That's why it unlocks at the Established User stage. Once you're there, it works just like everything else, no extra steps needed.

🚨 Reports & Admin Action. How We Handle Violations

Every user on ILoveView has the ability to report a video as well as user they find inappropriate, uncomfortable, or against our community guidelines. We take every report seriously.

When a report is submitted, our admin team reviews it carefully. Based on what they find, they can take action that matches the severity of the situation. Here's how that works:

⚠️ Temporary Restriction. If a reported video or pattern of behavior is found to be a minor or moderate violation, the account responsible may be temporarily restricted. During this period, video sending is paused. The restriction has an expiry date and lifts automatically once the period is over.

🔒 Permanent Ban.  For serious or repeated violations  content that is harmful, abusive or fundamentally against our values, an account can be permanently restricted. This means all sending functionality is disabled with no expiry. This action is only taken when the severity clearly warrants it, and it is reviewed by our admin team before being applied.

The goal of this system is never to punish unfairly. It's to protect the people on this platform. If you believe a restriction on your account was applied incorrectly, you can reach out to our support team for a review.

Verified but haven't sent your first video yet? We'll reach out once to encourage you to take that first step. Just once , we promise we won't keep bugging you about it.

💤 Inactive User Re-engagement

Life gets busy. If we notice you've been away for a while, we'll check in with a friendly email to welcome you back. We'll follow up a few more times over time, but we know when to stop after a reasonable number of attempts, we'll leave you in peace and wait for you to come back on your own terms.

🔍 Search Only User Discovery

The full list of users on ILoveView is never shown when you go to send a video. To find someone, you must type at least 3 characters of their name or email address in the search box. Only then will matching users appear.

This protects every member's privacy by default — no one can browse or scrape the full user base.

👥 Your Groups in the Recipient List

When selecting a group to send a video to, you will only see groups that are relevant to you.

You cannot see or send to groups that you have no connection to. This ensures videos are only sent through groups you genuinely belong to, preventing accidental or unauthorized broadcasts.

These controls exist to give every user confidence that their account and group memberships are not visible to strangers. As a sender, you work within your own trusted network and recipients can trust that videos only come from people with a real connection to them.
